Did you walk an extra 10 - 30 minutes in addition to your daily cardio/workout?

Did you drink at least 64 oz of water today?

day 26 of 30 day squat challenge. day 7 of absolutely bikini ready challenge. day 2 of crunch challenge. also lifted weights. hoping for a walk w/ the family this evening.

 115 Jumping jacks, 70 squats. Factor 5 warmup. Factor 5 day one (25 min - 3 set of 25 ea. shoulder presses, weighted squats, and crunches and a cardio set including, what else, easily 100 jumping jacks). 25 min walk.

40 ounces of water so far!

35 minutes on the elliptical and going home from work to do my kinect active for more!

30 min cardio on bike. Strength training with DH later, still drinking wata!

and then some heavy duty gardening. Blackberry bushes, tomato, squash, cucumber plants; herbs of various kinds; and then the box/bag planters for the beans.  It will be a busy day.
