Tell us what kind of cardio you did and for how long!
Did you walk an extra 10 - 30 minutes in addition to your daily cardio/workout?

Did you drink at least 64 oz of water today?

I did the video in today's challenge and 70 squats..can't really do the jumping ones at the moment, too painful.

I do cardio classes at the YMCA five days a week. I also walk and ride a bike around my neighborhood daily

 I walk for a half hour every day that the weather coperates. I Chase after my G-son around the house at least once a day!

Thia morning i did 30 Day Shred and this evening dh, sd, and i went for a hour walk. I've drinking 64oz of water a day or atleast close to that and my food journal has been well kept

I am constantly walking at my job, and definitely got in at least an hour.  I then came home and played with my girls--piggyback rides, races, etc...  I did not do so well with my water intake today...I only consumed 45 oz of plain water.
