Is there a certain time you stop drinking water? I'm not getting any sleep!

No, but you might try stopping an hour or two before bed, and make sure you go before you go to bed.

I try not to drink as much in the evening but your body will adjust to more water and you will stop having to go to the bathroom as often.

I drink water right up until bedtime, although I slow down during the hour or two before bedtime.  My body is used to 80 oz. of water a day, though, and I rarely get up during the night.

I am going to. I always go before I go to bed.

I was wondering if that might happen.
