Sorry I forgot to post this yesterday! How did you do this week?
Start Weight - 175
Week 1 - no idea as I forgot!
Week 2 - 172.2 as of yesterday:)
Total loss of 2.8 pounds
Goal Before baby weight: 135
for this challenge: to lose 20lbs or more....need to get back into most
of my clothes before i got pregnant last year. Get back into running
shape so I can do the half marathon I'm signed up for this fall
I flopped. I exercised. I averaged about 2100 calories a day (sounds like a lot but I'm also breastfeeding.) And nothing-- not even an ounce. On the plus side I didn't gain any either.
I did miss a lot of sleep the last couple of days and some of my meals had higher sodium than usual. So I'll try again this week and see how it goes.

Exercise goals: 3-4 two mile jogs. 1-2 twenty minute stairs (could change). I'd love to get in a strength training session too. It seems like my little one won't let me go for more than 30 minutes though. Hopefully it's just a growth spurt and it will pass soon.
Eating goals: 2000 calories a day.

It's been a baaaaaaaad week. I've done well with my running, but just letting life kick me in the backside everywhere else. Trying to get my head screwed back on and back on track for next week.
I think starting weight was 153 and I am now 151 so moving in the right direction finally. Tomorrow will be a bad day....but it is Mothers Day so extra food is allowed. Goal is to still be 151 by next Friday!

Goal Met! I now fit into my new size 16 skirt. :D I wanted to fit it by 1 June, but tried it on yesterday. I was hoping I could wear it to church today and, while it doesn't fit perfectly, it fits well enough to wear. I tried it on within my first week postpartum and could barely get it past my hips. It's great to be able to see progress!
