I did not eat enough calories

I only had a go lean bar , lobster, steamers, chocolate bar and a shake for dinner. Not alot of calories .

What else did you eat all day? That sounds like a lot of calories for one meal and missing many valuable nutrients. What was in your shake?

you NEED at least 1200 calories or your body will go into "starvation mode" 

go eat something healthy :)

i have this issue, not getting enough calories. but i eat less than that on a daily basis and its not good at all, i am about to start some meal replacement shakes to make SURE i am getting the nutrients i need, since i have developed this weird fear of calories and food....you have got to eat more than that, starving wont help you lose weight....

Just not hungry. I am eating healthy. But not sure what else I can do.

I have never been a big eater.

If you want to lose weight and be healthy you will need to start eating more calories. If you don't in the long run you will be hurting yourself.
