70 lbs down .... woot-woot! *PIC*
I've lost 70 pounds since Oct so I just figured that I'd show off!!!
No special or fad diets. I just worked my butt off (literally). I eat very healthy, watch portion sizes, exercise for at least an hour a day (mostly walking, jogging, stationary bike and strength training). I drink tons of water and nothing else except coffee in the mornings. And most importantly I made a choice to make a permanat lifestyle change!!!
