For those who work out in the morning

What time do you get up and go to bed? I've been getting up at 5:00 but some days it's just not enough time. But getting up any earlier isn't an option I don't think.

Way too late! Usually around midnight. I operate on 4-6 hours of sleep most days. Now I have a hard time sleeping more than 7 hours a night! I am up around 4 or 4:30 most mornings, and to to bed between 11 and 12.

I get up at 4:30 and at the gym by 5:40. Go to bed around 10:30

I workout both mornings and afternoons depending on what is going on that day.  Either way though I am up by 4:30 and go to be around 10:00

I typically go to bed around 9:00 and get up around 5:00 or before.

I get up at 6pm and go to bed about 9/9:30pm. I need and like a lot of sleep...

i get up around 5-515am and go to bed around 930pm because by then, i can't keep my eyes open!

Bed at 9 up by 3:30 am with DH because that's when he goes to work so that's when I work out.

I go to bed around 9 or 10 and get up between 5:30-6:30.

My kids are really little, so it's easy for me to get in a yoga DVD or 30 day shred and then I take them with for my runs. They have their own 'running' shoes, so after I run I get to have a nice long cool down walk while they run.

Get up and 6am go to bed around 10, once I get kids on bus which is around 7:20 am I head out for my workout for 1hr or 2,when I was working I had to get up at 4:45 to workout to be home in time to get kids ready and myself to go to work an school .
Bottom line regards of what was going on I got up and workout it has became my natural thing now
