I workout both mornings and afternoons depending on what is going on that day. Either way though I am up by 4:30 and go to be around 10:00
I typically go to bed around 9:00 and get up around 5:00 or before.
i get up around 5-515am and go to bed around 930pm because by then, i can't keep my eyes open!

Bed at 9 up by 3:30 am with DH because that's when he goes to work so that's when I work out.
I go to bed around 9 or 10 and get up between 5:30-6:30.
