I LOVE push-ups! Mind you I can only do like 10 but Im just a beginner! I can do three sets of 10 right now and my body loves it and craves the "pain". This was how my muscles were when I worked at a distribution center. I had to lift and throw 72, sometimes 100 50 lb boxes of tile every 10 minutes to meet my quota of 430 cartons per/hr. My body loved it and I gained muscle, lost weight and 6 pant sizes in 3 months. Im a sahm now so these push ups are a good start imo to get that body back! Oh and happy mothers day!!
