Day 13 Cardio Log, Reminders & Motivation

Tell us waht kind of cardio you did and for how long!
Did you walk an extra 10 - 30 minutes in addition to our daily cardio/workout?

Did you drink at least 64oz of water today?

 My fast paced walking for cardio was extra pleasurable and went by fast even though I did a lot extra last night bc every time one of our 5 young adult kids each called me for mothers day and talked with me for a LONG time each I fast paced walked thru the entire phone calls, ALL of them! : )

I also did my upper body weights workout and moved steadily and quickly from one exercise to another to raise my heartrate and keep it up for some extra cardio with it.

Yes I always drink a ton of water and I keep it refrigerated to help raise my metabolism.

last day of 30 day squat challenge. day 8 of absolutely bikini ready challenge. day 3 of 30 day crunch challenge. weather is nice today, going to walk around and do my errands, then hoping for a walk after school w/ my children.

Finally started walking my kiddo to school again with the dogs.  It's about an hour round trip.  Good like hike.  Wears the kids and dogs out when we get home. :)  I did 20 minutes of Turbo Jam today and I'm working on getting my water in!

I walked up and down a very steep hill. I also did the exercises from the challenge (stick ups, rear leg raises, push ups and planks) :)

Today I did:

#130 Squats

#80 Crunches

20 Minutes Zumba

5 Minute Walk on the Treadmill

1 hour 20 minutes Walk around town

I had 80oz of water

I cleaned my home vigorously for abIout 45 min, and perused the mall with my older daughter at a brisk pace...probably at least an hour.  I only drank 40 oz of water today...I'm still working on that.

 55 minutes of treadmill a mixture of inclines and speeds.

45 minutes of tae bo & 30 minute walk (1.89 miles).
