Yep I'm pregnant again. It seems to happen every time I loose. I've been eating primal. Lots of fat, moderate protein and no more than 50 grams of carbs a day. Just wondering what a safe but minimal level of carbs is for pregnancy. I'd like to gain only what I need to gain this pregnancy. Usually I don't gain anything until about 6 months and then BAM! I'm 70 lbs heavier than i was. Mfp sets the carb reccomendations at 240 something. That seems awfully high. I was thinking 100-150? Does that sound right?
