Welcome to day 15 of the Bikini Bootcamp Challenge!

We are halfway there!

Your commitment, dedication and hard work are paying off!

Today we are going to celebrate our mid way victories, scale and non-scale.

Tell us if you have lost pounds or inches. Has it been 6 days since your last soda. Maybe you were able to run further or walk longer.

Whatever your victories are, small or large, share and celebrate them with us. You have earned it!

**Once you have completed your cardio for the day, click here for the Day 15 Cardio Log, Reminders & Motivation

** Don't forget to update your food journal.

** Remember to fit in an extra 10 - 30 minutes of walking in addition to your daily cardio/workout.

** Drink at least 64 oz of water today!

My water intake has increased and my jeans are not near as tight. :-)

Today-I'm wearing a dress that I love but that I've not worn in over TWO YEARS-because I was too fat for it!!!! Boo Yeah for working out for five months now!!!! Remember ladies, no goal is too small! You believe, you can do it!! :)

i lost 3 inches in my waist, in the last 2 1/2 weeks. i also increased my water.

I dont own a scale but my size 8 shorts do not feel like a size 6 anymore lol and the extra water is doing wonders on my old skin :)

I stopped snacking. I drink more water and my pants feel bigger.

I haven't lost weight, but my mom and husband have commented that I look like I have lost more weight.

I've lost inches of my gross thighs! And the cellulite is starting to get better! Plus my confidence is at a all time high!
