C25k week five day two - three miles. Yoga later then weights.
First real goal is 182 by July 1.
Ideally by Sept 1 I can make 167.
Ultimate goal is around 155 I think.

Today, ran 2.6 and then rode bike 14.

Eating has been fair.  My gut is so messed up with antibiotics!

Weighed this morning : 189.6. I wonder if this is real though, since I am on an antibiotic that has given me diarrhea. I hope the loss isn't all about that as I have been trying really hard.

Today: walk with stroller and boy. Easy day.

Nothing yesterday - second daughter graduated from high school!  I consider it a win that I didn't totally pig out, as we went to her grad and then my hubby's daughter's college graduation party.  I ate nothing (but oops, had a couple drinks).

Today, back on track.  Three-ish miles run/walked - C25K week 6, day 1.  Was going to go to kickboxing also, but haven't felt great today (see the drinks above lol) so I'm finishing some work loose ends then maybe taking a nap.  Tomorrow is soon enough to go back to double daily workouts.

This month's run and bike miles so far: 123.

Weighed in - 190. Down 2.2 from last week. Was lower but that was partially water weight from my antibiotic tummy!

Today's plan: run/walk three. Yoga (will feel so good after). Gym with hubs tonight.

Almost three mile run - week 6 day 3 c25k after long court day. Frankly I give myself credit here - it is hard to run after a long, stressful court day. But I did! Yay! Good eating today also.

188.6. Today's plan: run two, walk a couple with friends and babies. Gym for some elliptical and bike.
I'm down four pounds in ten days and my hope is I can lose fifteen before I plateau and go to a slower loss rate!
