Eating has been fair. My gut is so messed up with antibiotics!
Nothing yesterday - second daughter graduated from high school! I consider it a win that I didn't totally pig out, as we went to her grad and then my hubby's daughter's college graduation party. I ate nothing (but oops, had a couple drinks).
Today, back on track. Three-ish miles run/walked - C25K week 6, day 1. Was going to go to kickboxing also, but haven't felt great today (see the drinks above lol) so I'm finishing some work loose ends then maybe taking a nap. Tomorrow is soon enough to go back to double daily workouts.
This month's run and bike miles so far: 123.
