Can someone pls calculate a new BMR for me?

Work out about 3 days a week
Not breastfeeding
Don't know what else you need to know.. Lol

BMR: 1419

1419 x 1.375 = 1951

1951 - 500 = 1451

To lose 1 lb per week, consume 1419-1451 calories per day.
