Day 15 Cardio Log, Reminders & Motivation

Tell us what kind of cardio you did today and for how long!
Did you walk an extra 10 - 30 minutes in addition to your daily workout/cardio?

Did you drink at least 64 oz of water today?

Biked for 30

circuit for 30

eleptical for 30 

walking for 15

30 day shred. Day 2. Will walk later if no rain. Need to drink more water:-/

Circuit training for 45 minutes.

I did cardio and hoping to take a walk after dinner :D I love being outdoors.

Mash up Wednesday: I wasn't able to do this last week so here it is again: Ready to work hard? Then join Jessica for this 60-minute HIIT Mash Up class that combines a little bit of kickboxing, sculpting, pilates, gliding and toning together for a whole lot of fat burning fun!  Equipment needed: Dumbbells (5-20 lbs, depending on level), mat, 2 gliding discs OR paper plates (recommended for carpet), 2 towels (for hard surface flooring).  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jkncdiXIG1s

I worked on my garden for an hour, played with my preschooler, and did extra walking while at work.  I am much closer to drinking 64 oz of water a day.

I got my daily walking in.  I had wanted the .69 mile mature trail to be up to 4 times daily M-F this week but am still at 3:(

I drank a lot of water but I didnt do any exercise today, I was really really depressed and slept all day and night practically to "escape". :( I'm not going to be too hard on myself about it though bc I'm suffering thru a recent extreme trauma and also I had exercised every single day even thru that except for today. I'll get back on track for tomorrow though.
