I had a delicious salad.. I made a huge bowl so I have leftovers..
2 heads of romaine chopped
3 roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup of Kalamata olives, chopped
1 cup feta cheese
2 TB chopped parsley
2 TB chopped cilantro
1 cup chopped cucumber
Dressing- 3 TB fresh lemon juice and 2 TB olive oil...

By the time I got home from work after running errands, I was very hungry. At work for my 4 hr shift I atea fiber 1 bar, a quaker oats cookie w/choc.,almonds, water and a tangerine. I ate a fiber 1 brownie (90 cal.) in the car on the way home.Soi at home I just at a carolina pride sausage w/ sliced cheese,ketchup,mustard, and iced coffee.
