Welcome to Day 19 of the Bikini Bootcamp Challenge!

Today is the day you get to choose your activity.

Branch out and try something new!

During this challenge, have you tried something new?

If you did, what did you try that was new to you? Eating, exercising, journaling?

What activity will you do today?

**Once you have completed your cardio for the day, click here for the Day 19 Cardio Log, Reminders & Motivation

** Don't forget to update your food journal.

** Remember to fit in an extra 10 - 30 minutes of walking in addition to your daily cardio/workout.

** Drink at least 64 oz of water today!

Journaling. That is new, I haven't done this before. I am going to a Greek Food Festival. Love it!

I'll work out with the exercise bands.  It's not totally new, but I haven't used these in a long time.

I started a new workout routine throught hasfit.com. Seems pretty cool so far. I'm sore but it hurts so good :)

I started a workout challenge through hasfit and love it! Im not new to the food journal thing but I have been eating better.
