Bikini Bootcamp Challenge Day 20: The Full Body Workout
Welcome to day 20 of the Bikini Bootcamp Challenge!
It is the Monday before Memorial Day and summer is almost here!
It's time to add more intensity to your workout routines!
The following is an 8 exercise full body workout that is both challenging and effective.
It provides you with the option of doing the exercises as is or making the workout even more challenging.
Make sure you properly stretch and warm up before beginning.
You should do this routine 2 to 3 times a week in addition to your regular cardio for maxium effect.
How often do you do full body workouts?
Are you almost summer ready?
Your challenge is to complete the above full body workout at least twice this week. It is a bit more challenging so really push yourself, swimsuit season is just around the corner!
** Don't forget to update your food journal.
** Remember to fit in an extra 10 - 30 minutes of walking in addition to your daily cardio/workout.
** Drink at least 64 oz of water today!
