Did you walk an extra 10 - 30 minutes in addition to your daily workout/cardio?

 I went to for a walk today. I am going to try to go on another one this afternoon! That will be my extra 30 min walk!

Did 2 walks that totaled 90 mins. 3rd day 30ds. 20 mins yoga and a 5 min butt workout:)

Drank a ton of water today and didn't have any junk food. I feel great! I hope every day can be like this!:)

I changed a tire today and walked up and down a busy street because we couldn't park near her car because while we were picking up a tire they started doing construction on the street right where she had pulled off.  Only us!

I walked 3 miles today with 2.5 lbs wrist weights on each arm also did a Pilates/Yoga blend Crunch workout

 I walked for 40 mins today (braved the outlet mall once more). This time I pushed the double stroller with both kids in it for resistance. Then I pushed them around Target for 20 mins to walk in AC.

*edited because I need 3 more cups of water still. But right now I'm drinking milk.

Did the cardio and walked too much to count today!! My feet are so sore :D

Today I ran to the pool (2 miles each way) and swam 1000 yards.  About an hour total.  I also did a set of pull-ups on the way there (I wanted to do more and do them each way, but I had a doctor's appointment I had to race to right afterward).

I did a lot of walking today, as I ran errands all day.

I have had about 32423 gallons of water today!

I was up and down stairs, running around with my daughter, and we took Ethan out for a walk in the stroller up and down the road.
