Today is my first day of getting back on track. I did 20 minutes on the eliptical this morning and had egg whites w/ veggies & string cheese for bkfst. Unfortunately there are bagels and cream cheese in the office this morning and I am trying desperately to avoid them

 Marched fast paced pumping arms wiggling hips and raising legs high in place for 1/2 hour

When did weights workout moved from one exercise to next quickly to raise heartrate and keep it there.
