Day 17 Cardio Log, Reminders & Motivation

Tell us what kind of cardio you did today and for how long!
Did you walk an extra 10 - 30 minutes in addition to your daily workout/cardio?

Did you drink at least 64 oz of water today?

Did the cardio excercises and went to a very beautiful park near where I lived and walked around for about 30 minutes, then went shopping and did tons of walking :D

Exercise today consisted of hiking around a large park near us for a few hours, and I did do extra walking during the day before heading to the park.  I still am not at 64 oz, but I am almost there. :)

I walked around the block several times with my daughter, ran up and down stairs, I definitely got my cardio in!

3+ hour trail run today!  Woo hoo!  Felt awesome, with the exception of my run in with a bobcat that I'm pretty sure had rabies (since it refused to budge from the trail no matter how loud I was).

I only thing getting a work out today is my lungs and vocal cords.  It's been raining all day and DH and the the boys cannot figure out how to pull their heads out of my arse.  The boys can't look at each other without b*tchin and I am ready to implode, explode and everything else at once. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
