Once you have completed your daily cardio workout, log it in the replies below.
Tell us what kind of cardio you did today and for how long!
Did you walk an extra 10 - 30 minutes in addition to your daily workout/cardio?

Did you drink at least 64 oz of water today?

Don't forget to update your food/fitness journals.

Today I did at least 30 minutes of walking while at work, then came home and weeded the garden for another 35 minutes, and then played outside with my children for a while. :)  Still working on the water thing...almost up to 64 oz...

 I went for a walk while my girlfriend drove her golf cart next to me.Then when I was done I just hopped on and we went for a ride.  I tried this new to me gluten free granola. I can handle eating it!!! Yeah me!

Today was technically my rest day, but we've spent the last 2 days clearing out the living room for a total remodel.  I am freaking exhausted!  Plus I spent the first half of the day at the Amgen Tour of California with my son today, which was tiring.

I cleaned up some and walked for about 20 mins. Carried my baby for resistance.
