Any workout plans today ladies?
Heading to the pool shortly. I may do a quick run beforehand.
Edit: change of plans- probably going to run to and from the pool later, swim in between. It's about 2 miles each way.

I sadly don't have the time today. We're leaving on vacation tomorrow so I'll be running around packing, cleaning, and running errands. Maybe I'll consider that a light workout for the day, lol.
I did 30 minutes on the arc trainer at the gym, plus 20 minute walk
