I know I have asked before, but I need it done again please! I tried to do it on my own but I do not think I am doing it correctly.

I am not breastfeeding, 31 years of age, weigh 229 and would like it done for working out a couple of days a week and also working out like 6 days a week. I am going to start of slow on the workouts and then pick up. Thank you so much!!!

BMR: 1811

For working out 1-3 days/week:

1811 x 1.375 = 2490

2490 - 500 = 1990

To lose 1+ lb per week, consume 1811-1990 calories per day.

For working out 3-5 (or 6) days/week:

1811 x 1.55 = 2907

2907 - 500 = 2407

To lose 1-2 lbs per week, consume 1811-2407 calories per day.

You are awesome thank you!!! And I have a question. I actually set MFP to 1800.before I asked and been using that number. I have been eating more protein than anything but I still feel so hungry most of the time (and I have not started exercising yet. Is there anythi g that can help with that? Do I need more carbs?

Sorry to intrude on your post, Hun. :)

I'm 5 ft.

How are you about healthy fats?  They're generally more satisfying than carbs.  Are you also meeting your fiber requirements?  How are you spacing out your calories, roughly?  Can you give me an example of a day's menu?

Sure, we just need your age and whether or not you're breastfeeding in addition to what you posted.  =)
