Spring/Summer Challenge - Week 3 Weigh in

Start weight: 162.2
Last week: 161.0
This week: 159.4

Total lost this week: 1.6
Total lost this challenge: 2.8

This weeks goal: 158.0
Ultimate goal: 140

Exercise goals: 3-4 two mile jogs. 1-2 twenty minute stairs (could change). I'd love to get in a strength training session too. It seems like my little one won't let me go for more than 30 minutes though. Hopefully it's just a growth spurt and it will pass soon.

Eating goals: 2000 calories a day.

Last week I went on 6 two mile runs. I did get one 10 minute strength session in. Better than nothing-- but just barely. Again I averaged about 2070 calories. A little over my goal. 

This weeks Goals: Jog 4-5 times this week. Do one 3 mile run. 1 strength training. 
Eating Goals: 2100 calories a day.

All I can say is way to go. Milton's almost a year old and I can barely sneak in 3 runs and I'm lucky to get in any working out when hubby's at work. Milton is very demanding still.

That's how I feel about my little guy. I've decided that at 9:00 pm at night I leave for a run-- doesn't matter if the home is a mess, the baby is crying or not, etc. It seems to be working so far.

A little behind on this. Been keeping track in my journal, but don't always see these posts...anyway, here's where I'm at.

Starting Weight: 194
Week 1: 194
Week 2: 190
Week 3: 191

Total Loss: 3 lbs.

Not the best week, but we had A LOT going on. My weight also tends to fluctuate a bit with an overall loss as time goes on. So, this is pretty normal for me.
