Thinking of a rest day. My legs are tired from the 10.2 mile run yesterday. Had a good pace.... I am toast! Lol

I did want to start my new hybrid though so who knows. Maybe I'll suck it up for some body pump?

It was suppose to be my rest day, but I had those chicken wings I talked about before ;)
So I did 30 day shred level one. (I haven't done it in like 6 months and it was pretty easy. :))

Ran/walked 4 miles (ran 3.1 of it - YAY) and then we took a hike as a family... it was about 2 miles.
