Looking to talk to someone that has completed the insanity workout. I have a few questions.

Great idea! Since dh will be doing it with me I may turn my back to the TV and just watch him.

do the first few workouts facing the tv so that you get to know what the moves are. once you think you know the majority of them, start doing the workouts with your back to the tv so that you're just listening out for his (audio) cues. 

this way, you're still doing the program without trying to  keep up with the rest of the class. i found that when i faced the tv, i started trying to keep up with the (ultra fit) class and then tired myself out way before the breaks.  by not facing the tv, i was still going hard but not in that frantic-like pace and i was actually able to keep up with the program. 

as you get more fit, you can start doing the workouts facing the tv.

It's hard like the pp said. If you are out of shape try another program first.

Thinking about trying the 30 day shred 1st then try insanity.

Just bought it myself. I did most of JM's Body revolution and it was really disappointing.

Her shred was awesome.


Now we are going back to doing the shred until Insanity arrives on our doorstep:)
