Yesterday was day one of my Cinnamon Honey "tea" plan. I got the idea from a friend on fb. It involves making a tea with Ceylon cinnamon steeped in 1 cup boiling water and when cooled add raw honey...with a 2:1 ratio of honey:cinnamon. Drink 1/2 cup on an empty stomach before bed and the other half in the morning 30 minutes before eating. I took measurements of myself. So lets see if it works. If not at least there are quite a few health benefits to cinnamon and honey .
Anyone heard of this or try it before?
