lazy day for me

normally i try to get in 6 days of exercise a week, but today i was lazy and did not go to the gym. i have gone . i try to take one day off a week, so if i skipped today i am thinking i may have to go on sunday.i feel so guilty when i do not go, but sometimes i feel like i need a breather. today was normally my strength training day so tomorrow is my cardio day.

I wouldn't worry about only exercising 5 days this week, it is more than the average and you can overdo the exercise. We all need a lazier day every now and then.

Dnt feel guilty :). Lazy days r sometimes needed :)

5 days a weeks is definitely plenty!  I used to workout 6 days per week too, and I did it because I liked to, but now I usually just workout 4-5 days per week and go for a couple of walks :)
