Bikini Bootcamp Challenge Day 23: Super Charge Your Diet with Superfood

Welcome to day 23 of the Bikini Bootcamp Challenge!

Not all food is created equal.

In day 5, we gave you a list of food to keep on hand to encourage a healthier and cleaner diet. While all those foods are good for you, there are some that stand out more than others.


These 'superfoods' are packed with nutrients that are beneficial to weight loss as well as overall good health. If you cannot get everything on the original list from day 5, make sure your pantry does includes the following superfoods.

  • Almonds
  • Avocados
  • Bananas
  • Blueberries (3 - 4 servings per week)
  • Broccoli
  • Brown Rice
  • Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas)
  • Grapefruit
  • Green Tea
  • Kidney Beans (3 - 4 servings per week)
  • Lentils
  • Oats
  • Oranges ( 2 - 4 servings per week)
  • Pears
  • Pine Nuts
  • Quinoa
  • Salmon (2 - 3 servings per week)
  • White Beans (3 - 4 servings per week)

** Don't forget to update your food journal.

** Remember to fit in an extra 10 - 30 minutes of walking in addition to your daily cardio/workout.

** Drink at least 64 oz of water today!

I eat bananas oranges apples almost everyday now

I have been eating a lot more almonds and avocados. I am also hooked on chia seeds!

 We always have avocados, bananas and kidney beans on hand. I do have quinoa for the first time..have to make it! I think I'll make it with some fish.

We LOVE quinoa at our house. I use it in recipes as a rice or pasta substitute. It is very good with home made pesto.

Yeah not a fan of bananas and can't do sea food but the other stuff I do try eat one of them them a day

 we eat blueberries regularly, broccoli, oats, quinoa, oranges, beans and pears sometimes. theres a few i haven't tried

I eat all of those fruits, broccoli, oats and salmon. I've never tried Quinoa but would love to.

I love almost everything on that list. The only one I haven't tried us quinoa.
