Day 24 Cardio Log, Reminders & Motivation

Once you have completed your daily cardio workout, log it in the replies below.
Tell us what kind of cardio you did today and for how long!
Did you walk an extra 10 - 30 minutes in addition to your daily workout/cardio?

Did you drink at least 64 oz of water today?

Don't forget to update your food/fitness journals.

Today was my long run- 14 miles!  I did it with NO walking, which is a HUGE achievement for me!  I don't think, knowing what I have on the agenda today, that there will be a ton more walking, unfotunately.  I wish there were, because my legs feel better if I can keep on them after I run.

I walked all day and did a little bit of running. Plus the cardio :)

 Wasn't able to walk like I wanted to today. Hoping for a better day tomorrow.
