Tell us what kind of cardio you did today and for how long!
Did you walk an extra 10 - 30 minutes in addition to your daily workout/cardio?

Did you drink at least 64 oz of water today?

50 mins biking 

30 mins circut

33 mins on the elliptical
10 mins on stair stepper

I had to cram in my run.  I did a 30 minute, go hard run.  I managed 3.1 miles in 30:04, including the time I spent waiting for cars at crosswalks!  I am really happy with that pace!

I did a 45 minute body pump workout.
I did a 4 mile run in 34 minutes.
I played a one hour softball game.

And I'm sooo ready for bed! Work also kicked my butt today!!

Not any actual training. Walked four blocks to and from library. Took DS to pre K group and participated in playing. That took 20 mins. Had actual playing for 2 hours. Chased DS for two hours doing various activities. Such as throwing bread to feed skittish ducks near the lake.
