Webpage to help track calories/nutrients?

I previously used fitday to log my eats and make sure I was getting balanced nutrition, but the format is different - everything takes forever to load - and it's basically a pain in the butt.  Anyone know of any other webpages that will help with this?

PS. I don't have a smart phone so apps are a no go.

Thank you!  I have been "guesstimating" on things and now that someone was kind enough to calculate my BMR, I want to see where I am :)

Oh I love that MyFitnessPal tells you how much you have left in each nutrition category - That's cool!

Yeah, it's a great website!  You can also play with the settings, so you can see each different vitamin and mineral!  If there are some you want to focus on, you can put those ones on your main page!

Glad to see you are trying myfitnesspal! it is a great tool, just custominize your calories to a mid range of your BMR, play around with what nutrients you want to track, and track your water intake. I also use the notes part of the food diary to track my weight, exercise and anything else that I might want to know for the future.
