Start weight: 162.2
Last week: 159.4
This week: 157.2

Total lost this week: 2.2
Total lost this challenge: 5

This weeks goal: 156.0
Ultimate goal: 140

I got in 6 runs this week. 5 of them were 2 miles 1 was 2.5 miles. I didn't meet my goal of running 3 miles, but that's fine. 

I averaged about 2100 calories a day (yay!). If crunches and pushups count as strength training then I guess I got that in. Not what I was going for though.

This weeks Goals: Jog 4-5 times this week. Do one 3 mile run. 1 strength training. 

Eating Goals: 2100 calories a day.

I'm still up one lb from the start but I've been great in all of my non scale goals. =)

I got off track with recording weights....

May 3rd 148.3

May 10 148.9

May 17 148.9

may 24 144.5

3.8 pounds lost!! I am excited about my weight finally getting back down. Time to refocus on the challenge and doing what I set out to do. Goal is 140 by end of challenge...which won't be easy as I tend to gain a bit in the summer....

Goals for this week....drink 8 glasses of water a day (including weekends), exercise 30 minutes a day (at least 5 days), try to get back to strength training....depending on nerve in my right arm, can't risjk a re-injury....watch my calories and start tracking food once again.

today is my first week of weigh ins so i will say my starting weight is at 179 pounds. this weeks goal will be to go down to 178 pounds by next friday. ultimate goal; to weigh 132 pounds.

Total Loss: 5 lbs.

One mini goal I had was to be 187 by the end of May. I weigh in next on Monday, which will be the 3rd of June. I'll find out then if I've met my goal. :)
