It happens! Forgive yourself, and make your next choice better than the last! Don't look back, just focus on what lies ahead. Take each decision as it comes. Don't look too far ahead- that can be overwhelming. Just make the next meal a smart choice. Then get out the door for a workout. Then have a healthy post-workout snack. Then just keep at it! You can do it!!

Don't beat yourself up over it. You made bad choices, now make good ones. I know it's hard, believe me, but you really can do this.

Me too JG. I've even gained about a lb. I've been trying to keep up with calorie counting,apparently I was starving myself. I've been going walking more than I used to, atleast 3 or 4 times a week, plus I work on my feet about 4 days /wk. I've been drinkin about 32 oz. of water a day and that is not like me, I hate water. Now, My hubby runs out of water bottles,lol. I told him he wanted me to drink more water , so I'm doing what he TOLD me to do.:) I'm gonna try to figure something out ....
