Bob Harpers advice.. agree or disagree?
He has a book out and it basically goes through a 3 week diet, doing it "his" way. He suggests 800 calories a day for women, and 1200 a day for men. The workouts are pretty intense, too. I'm not sure that I'd have the energy to do the workouts while only eating 800 calories.
I'm not doing this diet. I was asked to review it for my blog and I said no after finding out these details.
It's Bob Harper, though.. he knows what he's doing, right? So, would you follow such a restrictive diet?
