Day 29 Cardio Log, Reminders & Motivation

Once you have completed your daily cardio workout, log it in the replies below.
Tell us what kind of cardio you did today and for how long!
Did you walk an extra 10 - 30 minutes in addition to your daily workout/cardio?

Did you drink at least 64 oz of water today?

Biked for 60 min= 6 miles

The Gazelle again, and punched the bag.
Punching the bag was good stress relief.

 paced back and forth at a very fast pace through my apt during an entire hour long phone call with a loved one, non stop fast pacing.

Also when I did my weights workout I moved quickly and steadily from one exercise to another to raise my heartrate and to keep it up.

I also did my daily 20+ minutes of facial/neck and chin exercises.

More great sex.
