Bmr redo please

I am hoping that someone can recalculate my bmr for me. I have lost 20 lbs so I figure that its time I tried to but not sure I got it right I am 5 ft tall I currently weight 145 and I workout 4-5 times a week and I am 29 years old. Thank you ladies

BMR: 1431

Maintenance while working out 3-5 days per week: 1431*1.55=2218

To lose 1 lb per week: 2218-500=1718

Your ideal calorie range is 1431-1718 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.
