I enjoyed all the tips, but didn't have time to post everyday.  I wish the website would just record my visits even if I didn't post a response.

I enjoyed all of the tips, but some that were helpful to be reminded of were the stock your shelves and walk it off. I found the videos of the activities the mos helpful so i knew what i was supposed to be doing and the correct way of doing it. I personally didnt have time to do all of the things suggested but i think it was helpful to be shown the right way to do things.

I really enjoyed all the tips and reminds. Strength training is my downfall and this challenge just reminds me how important it is. I'm looking at a weight machine for our home

Thank you so much for all the information and motivation!  I really liked the variety of this month's activities and helpful information - running, walking,  water activities, weight lifting, kick boxing, food and portion control, the importance of sleep and relaxing, and less TV and internet time.   I especially appreciated the videos with the exercise routines, as it really helped me see how the move should be done.  Again thanks so much, this was tough but fun!

I enjoyed the new work outs that I never tried before. I also liked the 300 calorie breakfasts and superfoods, it was extremely helpful on my clueless days lol.

I liked the videos and the suggestions for exercises for various areas of the body. It was a little overwhelming to get suggestions every day for 30 days. I appreciate the huge task of collecting all of the info and appreciate the opportunity to participate.

I think they were all great. You a good variety of things covered. I wish I had been able to complete it with everyone but I kept all my messages so I'll be doing it once I get healthy. :)

I enjoyed the tips and ideas I really enjoyed the days about eating more fruits and vegetables and the ideas on which ones were th best.
