This week (Friday): 134.6
Up .8 lbs. I had a cheat day this week and it messed me up :/

Hi! I'm back down to my lowest weight. Which is good since I've been up 2-3 lbs from that for most if the past two months. ;)

My next weigh in is Monday, so just holding my place 'til then. Hoping to have met my goal of being 187 by the end of May.

Starting Weight: 194
Week 1: 194
Week 2: 190
Week 3: 191
Week 4: 189
Week 5: 190

Total Loss: 4 lbs.

Goal Met? Nope, but it is what it is. Could be worse than a 1 lb. gain.

Erica...thanks SO much for picking up on my slack!  It's been a crazy few weeks and I appreciate you posting for me:)

As far as my goals go...this past week,  I didn't step on the scale...not even once, and I'm so glad!  I focused on my eating, logging in MFP, getting in my workouts, etc.  It felt good!  I want to continue to focus on staying in my calorie range while working out.  I'm also going to add in some strength this week:)

This weeks goal: 155.0
Ultimate goal: 140

I got in 4 runs this week. 3 of them were 2 miles 1 was 2.5 miles. I didn't meet my goal of running 3 miles, but that's fine. 

I averaged about 2350 calories a day. So above what I was shooting for, but I'm alright with that. My knee is starting to bug me again so I think I might need to lay off of running for a bit.
