how do you calculate how many calories you burn duriung a workout. I mainly do HIIT traning 3 days a week and on fitbit it doesn't have that exercise that does it for you automatically but I would like to log the workout with correct info.

You need a hrm in order to get an accurate calorie count. One with a chest strap. Polar and garmin are good brands.

About how much do they run? and are the ones without the chest strap accurate?

Fit bit does not measure the intensity of a workout. You would need a heart rate monitor to get an accurate reading.

Ones without the chest strap are not accurate. They are pricey. You might be able to find one for about $70 but then the prices go up for there.
