I've started walking again. I've walked 8 miles this week! I know it's not much but it's a start! I'm haveing a goal of 20 miles this month, if I make it to 20 I want to increase every month.

You have to start somewhere and sounds like you are off and doing great. Good to increase your distance but also your speed to be a better aerobic workout.
