Hellllo :D just wanted to introduce myself! My name is Britteny and I'm a SAHM to 3 little boys!!
So far, I've lost just over 26 lbs! I've been riding my stationary bike everyday (except Saturday) 20-30 miles! Taking family walks, crunches,reverse crunches and Russian Twists!
I'm kicking myself for not starting this earlier!!! :/ I got to 199 and it scared the hell out of me!
This is my before and after, as of 2 weeks ago....and I have some more recent current pics that will be in comments (I'm mobile)! Looking forward to getting to know you, continuing being motivated and hopefully motivating!! :D
