Before I knew what was happening, I gained 25 lbs. Yuck. I'd really like to lose that 25 plus 5 more.
I'm starting at 5'3", 160 lbs. I was fine with myself at 135, but I think 130 will be better. I'm going to post my "before" pics, with a tshirt I used to wear that is now way too small. It'll be my way of seeing the weight loss, I'll take a pic in it every 2 weeks until it fits.
I'm on some medication now that's making me crazy hungry, but I plan to cut portion sizes and drink loootttssss of water in addition to working out 45 mins-1 hr a day. Here's where I'm starting...horrible and embarassing lol but here goes:
