Hi everyone my name is Tracey I have an eighteen year old special needs child  who is my life I am always on a diet but don't get the time  to really stick to it  am looking forward to talking to new people and helping in any way I can

Welcome, Tracey!

Time to break the "diet mentality"!!  It takes time, but finding ways to change your normal everyday lifestyle to be more healthy to KEEP the weight off is more effective than "dieting". 

I have a journal with some weight loss tips here that you can take from what you will.  Do what works for YOU and YOUR life!
