i have to watch my sodium so if its not a salad with my homemade dressing (it consists of mayo which is better on sodium then the bottled stuff), i subsitute a shake with a powdered meal replacement in it and it holds me out till about 2 ish if i have bfast at 7 and luch is usually around 11.
I eat a lot of tuna fish. I have a protein and B-12 defeciency and have to watch certain things in my food.
