Protein, Protein, Protein!

I've been working out with a trainer 3 weeks now, and we have modified my food and intake but i still have a problem..


I'm still eating to much Carbs and not enough protein! I try to have a protein with every meal but honestly, eggs for breakfast and chicken for lunch and dinner gets sooooo boring....


What are some good protein rich recipies? Or just food items in general that has really good protein?

One can of tuna packs a walloping 30+ grams of protein.  On days when I'm being lax on protein I'll plan to have a tuna/tomato/avocado salad with a whole can of tuna mixed in.

Do you eat beef?

I'm a big fan of eggs.  I literally have 6 dozen in my fridge, along with a ton of liquid egg whites right now!  They're cheap and versatile!

Fish is fantastic!  My favorites are wild salmon, shrimp and tilapia.  Chicken breast, grass-fed beef (also has healthy omega-3 fats if it's grass-fed!  Not to mention the high levels of iron and B-12), turkey breasts, bison, beans...
