I was told my BMR is 2030. MFP says my BMR is 2030.
A friend that is a personal trainer just told me my BMR is 1325.
Then to show a 500 calorie deficit I'd need to eat 825 calories a day? That can't be right! I've been eating 1600 and thought that was a good place for me.
I average 90 minutes of exercise a day.
