Someone else was talking about Starting a challenge in the challenges part of this forum. This sounds almost exactly how I'd envisioned it.

How long does this one have to go?

My starting weight was 171, and today I was 165.  Woo hoo!  Finally losing again!

You can join in now!  Us veterans of the group have historically done something like this every summer (and Cafemom will do various challenges, usually, too).  We've done various fitness challenges, like a month of focusing on push ups, planks, squats, etc, or a different exercise each day or whatever.  Keep an eye out!  =)

Technically I'm not in charge of it-- but I think it was set up to go 15 weeks. I could be wrong though. You should jump in =)

i want to start it too. My starting weight right now (cries) is 170. Though it is the day before my period so in a week it will look like i lost a lot but i wont know for sure till i bloat again next month" BUT im excited, on june 27 i start a new drug ive been waiting for to regulate my hormones so hopefully next period I wont bloat so much!!! A girl can dream

You have been amazing Erica!  I technically started it, but have slacked in ALL areas.  It's been a rough few months with a sick child, lots of changes, and hospital visits, etc.  Thanks for helping out:)
