It your trying to cool it on the pasta

try using Spaghetti squash instead, it shreds like thin pasta, then add your toppings. Sorry i confused the names check out this video

yep i got it from Naptural85 on YouTube but you can type in squash spaghetti and several will come up.  :)

How did you cook it once it was shredded?

you can bake it in the over then cut in half, remove seeds, use a fork to scrap the middle out and it just shreds easily.

Spaghetti squash? I eat that a lot. You can also cut it in half, scoop out the guts, place it in a bowl with a lid and microwave ten minutes.

its made with butternut squash, you can look up on YouTube spaghetti squash
