I am 40 5'1 220, I walk 4-5x a week for 1 hour, on treadmill I can do 3mph but not faster than that... yet! I also do a hip hop ab dvd 1-2x a week and also a tracy anderson mat workout 50min low impact areobic type workout 1x a week.
I use the loose it app on my phone and it gave me about 1600ish calorie per day... My goal is to get to 180 and then once there I would like to get to 150. I am trying to not look at 150 right now as to not get discouraged. I'm taking it 20lbs at a time. I started at 240 in March.
